The REACT CareTag Programme provides location tags for persons with special needs or dementia who may be at risk of wandering, helping caregivers monitor their loved ones’ location.

Applications are accepted on a referral basis. Caregivers must submit a referral letter from a registered charity, community centre, medical or registered social worker, or a Member of Parliament (MP).
