A certified IT Project Manager (CITPM), Hock Eng keeps travel bugs at bay by traversing her expert domains of IT strategy and pre-sales negotiation, IT service management, software methodologies, and quality management.
Self-described as “principled, disciplined, and organised”, Hock Eng has successfully delivered turnkey and customisation projects for a wide range of industries including healthcare, education, defence, and facility management in her 20 years’ experience. Noteworthy projects include a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and an Integrated Assessment System for schools which digitalised the full examinations process from package development, online testing, and invigilation to digital marking and results analysis.
Other “projects” on her travel bucket list though – Hock Eng still has to tick off northern lights gazing in Norway or Iceland, hiking in the Rocky Mountains, romancing in Santorini, smelling tulip blossoms in the Netherlands and many more.
